Director of the Technical-Scientific Committee: Lucia LacognataEvery two years since 2001, the National Academy of Tailors organizes the National Contest “Manichino d’Oro” (Golden Mannequin) dedicated to women’s tailoring.
The competition aims to combine high artistic sartorial and modeling skills with creative flair, an expression of the high craftsmanship value and of Made in Italy artistic ability. This competition is reserved only for Italian tailors working in Italy or abroad.
